Obama & Holder’s dumbest moves yet!

Bringing the Muslim terrorists responsible for the 911 attack to the US is the dumbest idea the Obama administration has come up with yet—and that says a lot.
Both Obama and his idiot Attorney General Holder are going to give these terrorists that comitted an act of war against the US full rights of US citizens under our Constitution! These terrorists were specifically denied any rights under the Geneva Conventions. They are exempt from these rules because they do not represent any government, nor do they wear uniforms and they attack innocent civilians. If Holder was able to read, he would know that.
Prediction: The terrorists will be released without a trial for the following reasons:
They were not read their Miranda rights upon their capture. This means any statement they made including their confessions are inadmissible.
They were not given speedy trials as the Constitution requires. Instead, they were held with out being charged. That alone is grounds for release.
There has been no chain of evidence therefore all the evidence against them can (and likely will) be thrown out.
Under the Constitution, they have the right to confront their accusers. That means that any US intelligence people that penetrated terrorist cells must be exposed in open court. They will be killed if they do along with their families. If they refuse, the evidence they collected will be excluded from the trial.
The CIA is going to have to expose their techniques for identifying potential terrorists and for locating and capturing them. That will allow other terrorists to avoid detection and capture. It will also destroy the CIA which is one of the goals of Holder.
The trial will be covered by the TV news networks. The Bush administration and the US security efforts will be on trial and not the terrorists.
Given all of the above, I believe that the judge will have no choice but to throw out the indictments and release them.
US taxpayers will end up having our money given to these terrorists
