Mr. Obama, for a lecturer on Constitutional Law, you don’t seem to respect it much. What Constitutional authority do you have to:
Take over GM and Chrysler
Give those companies to the unions
Take over health care
Appoint so many Czars and giving them power
Take over banks and other financial institutions
Force banks to give loans to people that could never pay the mortgage through the Community Reinvestment Act
Push for Cap and Tax legislation
Remove the secret vote union elections
Pushing legislation and FCC rules to suppress free speech
Pushing for a “domestic army”
Pushing for “redistribution of wealth”
Supporting policies that encourage voter fraud
Spending the country into bankruptcy
Given all the violations of the Constitutional law that you have proposed and supported, don’t you think the only honorable thing to do is to resign?
